Can I place an order online?

At this point we have incorporated online purchase capabilities onto our website. Chances are that you may want to see the favors before you place your order, and this can done by calling 65-63452203 for an appt .

Can I place orders by phone?

We accept phone orders at 65-63452203. Our sales consultants are available Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm and from 9am to 1pm on Saturdays to answer your questions. We'd love to talk to you!

Can you put a "rush" on my order?

If you need your items before the normal processing and shipping time, please call customer service at 65-63452203 during regular business hours , Mondays through Fridays 9am to 6pm and from 9am to 1pm on Saturdays (We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays). We will do everything we can to accommodate your request but it all depends on whether we have stock of the items you are ordering.

What are my payment options?

We accept payments by VISA/Master Cards and PayPal using our secured payment system. Cheque payment will be accepted only for Singapore customers, we will only process order after the cheque has been cleared successfully. Do you charge sales tax?

We do not impose GST (Goods and Services Tax) charges.

For customers’ outside Singapore, price quoted includes shipping but does not include your local taxes.

Do you have a minimum-order requirement?

We offer you best rates with minimum quantity, however we do allow lesser than minimum quantity but it is priced higher than minimum quantity.

Do you offer samples?

We do not offer samples sales, however, you can visit our showroom to view our complete range.

Balance Items

We do not accept unused favors after your event , we encourage you to order the quantity conservatively so that you do not have balance stock.

How do I make changes or cancel my order?

You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed or personalized. We strongly suggest you speak with a customer-care representative as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer-care consultant at 65-63452203 for a return authorization within 30 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be approved by our customer-care department.

How long before I receive my refund?

All refunds are processed upon inspection of items. Once your returned items have been processed, a credit will be mailed to you (minus any shipping fees you incurred on your original order) within seven business days.

Can I return personalized items?

Due to the nature of these items (i.e. they cannot be resold,) personalized favors and gifts are non-returnable and non-refundable.

What if I got my order, but some items are damaged?

Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there's any damage, please call our customer-care department at 65-63452203 at your earliest convenience, but no later than seven business days after the package was received.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally but only to locations serviced by our preferred courier.

Do you deliver to Post Office Boxes?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Our courier service requires a physical address for delivery.

When can my order shipped (for international customers)?

Order are shipped within seven to fourteen business days after full payment has been received. This is applicable for stock items. For non-stocked items, we will advise you of the delivery schedule.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping is calculated based on the total quantity ordered. Favors prices includes shipping charges for international orders. We are not obliged to share shipping charges with you nor breakdown of charges.

Singapore customers will need to collect from our showroom. Please consult our sales consultant for delivery charge if you like your order to be delivered to you.

What are your shipping options?

We work only with FEDEX using International Economy mode. We do not use any other courier services other than FEDEX.

I am a importer. Do I get wholesale/bulk prices ?
